It is the largest party in the Hellenic Parliament, with party chairman Alexis Tsipras serving as Prime Minister of Greece from 26 January 2015 to 20 August 2015 and from 21 September 2015 to present.
The party colors are red (left-wing politics), green (green politics), and purple (social movements). The current leader and Prime Minister of Syriza is Alexis Tsipras.
